About the course

Location: Rugby Club Racing 92

Duration: 4 Day Course

Dates: 22, 23, 24, 25 June 2023

Catering: Snacks and drinks will be provided for breaks (lunch not included)

Language: There will be a translator (English to French)

Preparation: It is mandatory to read and study the book Strength Training and Coordination, and strongly advised to read and study the book Anatomy of Agility. Both books are authored by Frans Bosch, and can be purchased here.
