By purchasing our course, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.
1. General
1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all course purchases offered by Frans Bosch Systems (FBS) (hereinafter referred to as "we," "us," ,"our" or FBS).
1.2 The course may include online and/or offline components, such as online modules, live sessions, and additional learning materials.
2. Payments and Refunds
2.1 Full payment is required upon purchasing a course to access course materials and activities.
2.2 Customers have a fourteen (14) day cooling-off period after purchase, during which they may request a refund. In the event of a refund, transaction fees (1.5% of the purchase amount) will be deducted.
2.3 Exceptions to the cooling-off period and refunds:
a) If the purchase is made within one (1) month before the start of the first course activity. For example, in the international course, participants gain access to the online portal and course modules three (3) weeks before the first online live session. This access is considered the first activity. If the purchase occurs within this period, no refund is possible.
b) If access has already been granted to (online) content, services have been provided, or any other deliverables for which payment was made. In this case, no refund is possible, regardless of the fourteen (14) day period.
2.4 Refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) business days after approval of the request.
