FBS International Course - Germany
The FBS International Course is the essential starting point for professionals who want to truly understand movement, coordination, and performance from a dynamic systems perspective.
Reframe your understanding of movement
Learn how motor control, constraints, coordination and variability shape movement solutions in sport.
Analyse what limits performance
Develop a clear framework for identifying performance-limiting factors and linking analysis to training interventions.
Apply it in practice
Translate the FBS approach into coaching, exercise design, agility, strength training and rehabilitation during the practical weekend at FC Bayern Campus.
The complete foundation of the FBS System
Â
This course combines the theoretical depth of the FBS Basic Course with the applied focus of the FBS Practical Course into one powerful, integrated learning experience.
You will not only learn the terminology and principles behind the FBS system — you will immediately apply them in movement analysis, strength training, skill acquisition, and rehabilitation settings.
What makes this course different?
The FBS International Course goes beyond traditional strength & conditioning and rehabilitation education. You will change the way you think about movement and performance..
Instead of focusing on isolated muscles or linear progressions, you will understand:
• How coordination self-organizes under pressure
• Why variability is essential for robustness
• How attractors shape performance
• How to analyze movement errors and translate them into targeted interventions
• How to design training and rehab that respects the complexity of motor control
This course provides the conceptual clarity and practical tools needed to upgrade your coaching or clinical practice.
